Morning Exercise in Suan Luang Public Park
Hello everyone
It had been a long time since I last went to exercise at Suan Luang Park. Life has changed a lot since then. My son had moved to a new school closer to home, but unfortunately, it was far from Suan Luang Park. As a result, my visits to the park have become rare.
However, this morning felt different. After I dropped my son off at school, I noticed how fresh and inviting the air was. An urge to revisit my old exercise spot took hold of me. With anticipation, I decided to drive to Suan Luang Park.
The drive was peaceful. It was early in the morning, and the usual rush-hour traffic had yet to clog the roads. Although I had to take a different route than I used to, the journey was surprisingly smooth. The absence of traffic jams meant it didn't take long to reach the park.
After I parked the car in front of Suan Luang Park, I walked straight to the arch bridge, one of the park's most beautiful spots. As I approached, I noticed that the bougainvillea flowers were in full bloom, their vibrant colors adding a striking beauty to the bridge.
The bridge was a popular spot that morning. Several people were there, exercising and taking photos, capturing the picturesque scene of the flowers cascading over the bridge's edge. I couldn't resist the charm of the view either. The combination of the arch bridge and the blooming bougainvillea was simply mesmerizing, and I found myself pausing to take in the sight, appreciating the tranquil beauty of the moment.
The morning air was incredibly fresh, a crispness that only came after a night of rain. The trees and grass were lush and green, their vibrancy a testament to the abundant rainwater they had received. It was the rainy season, and the frequent showers had transformed the park into a verdant paradise. The sight of the glistening foliage and the scent of rain-soaked earth added to the serene atmosphere, making my morning walk even more delightful.
I began to jog slowly along the tree-lined road, taking in the serene surroundings. Many people were already at the park, engaging in their morning exercise routines. Suan Luang Public Park is a vast oasis located in the heart of Phuket city. It is a beloved spot where locals gather to exercise both in the morning and evening.
The park is well-equipped, with numerous outdoor exercise machines scattered throughout the area. There are dedicated lanes for both running and cycling, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred form of exercise. The atmosphere is invigorating, with the fresh air and the lush greenery providing a perfect backdrop for physical activity. As I jogged, I couldn't help but appreciate the beauty and utility of this wonderful public space.
I jogged slowly, alternating between jogging and walking for about an hour. Afterward, I spent around 30 minutes using the various exercise equipment scattered throughout the park. Once I had completed my workout, I took a leisurely stroll to cool down, allowing my body to relax.
I found a comfortable spot to sit and admire the beauty of the morning atmosphere. The freshness of the air, the lush greenery, and the vibrant flowers made it a perfect moment of tranquility. As I soaked in the serene surroundings, I felt a deep sense of contentment. After a while, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, I decided it was time to head back home.
