Finding Refreshment in Phuket's Old Town!

The hot afternoon sun beat down on me as I decided to take a drive in search of something cool and refreshing to eat. I headed to the parking lot of the market in Phuket Old Town, an area known for its delicious food. As I walked to the noodle shop "Chakungrao," I saw that the front of the shop was crowded with delivery trucks waiting to take food to customers. Inside, the shop was bustling with people sitting and enjoying their meals. I found an empty table and a staff member brought me a menu to choose from.

I decided to order the dry noodles and added extra bone for an extra flavor. The restaurant also served me a small bowl of soup as a side. For dessert, I ordered "Lod Chong Coconut Milk" which was perfectly sweet and refreshing when eaten with ice. As I sat and enjoyed my meal, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the delicious and cooling food that Phuket Old Town had to offer.

After finishing my meal, I left the noodle shop and walked back to my car. I felt refreshed and satisfied after my delicious meal. I made my way to my son's school to pick him up. As I walked into the school, I saw my son sitting in the playground with his friends. He saw me and his face lit up with a big smile. I greeted him and we walked back to the car together, chatting about his day at school. As we drove home, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the simple but enjoyable afternoon I had, from the delicious food to the time spent with my son.
