After picking up my son from school, I stopped at the market to buy ingredients for cooked Spicy Cucumber Salad with Cockles on my way home. The market here is only open in the evening. Many vendors sell their products, including clothes, vegetables, fruits, seafood, meats, ready-to-eat prepared food, and various consumer products. In the evening, it is the end of work, so the market is crowded with people who come to buy fresh and dried goods to take home and cook themselves.

I walked around the market to check the prices. Today I wanted to eat "Spicy Cucumber Salad with Cockles". The first zone I went to was the fresh food and seafood zone to buy cockles. Normally I don't cook for myself because it's complicated but papaya salad bought from any restaurant is not delicious to my taste. Today I decided to cook and eat it myself since I don't often cook for myself, and I don't really know the prices of fresh food. When I saw the price of cockles, I was shocked, but if I wanted to eat it, I had to buy it I bought half a kilo of cockles.

After getting the cockles, I walked to the vegetable section to buy cucumbers, chilies, eggplants, garlic, and Thai–rice–flour noodles. The vegetables in this market are very fresh and there are so many different kinds of vegetables. I got all the ingredients to cook Spicy Cucumber Salad with Cockles and immediately went home.

When I got home, I immediately started making Spicy Cucumber Salad with Cockles. I like spicy food, so I put a lot of chilies in it. When I finished making the papaya salad, I washed the cockles I bought and boiled them in boiling water. But I must have boiled them for too long, so the cockles were overcooked. After boiling the cockles, I boiled the wakame seaweed I bought from the TikTok platform. When everything was ready, I arranged the food beautifully and looked delicious. The taste was very delicious for me it had been a long time since I had eaten such delicious Spicy Cucumber Salad with Cockles so today I ate more than usual.
