Things to be my better self (July)✨⛅️

This is my Last cheat day for a while now coz I’m going to start living a healthy lifestyle and try to eat more healthy and nutritious food in my meals. I’ll try to loose fat and build muscles and will share my journey here with you all.
I’ll try to eat more protein in order to loose the fat and build muscle.

Currently I’m 60 kgs and my goal is to loose 5 kgs.
I’m going to share my workout routine, my everyday healthy meals so that it can help someone who’s also trying to become healthy and wants some healthy meal options.

Here’s some changes that I’ll be making in my lifestyle, you guys can also join me in this journey.

  • No doom scrolling for more than an hour
  • Financial planning
  • walk 4k-5k steps daily
  • Training every morning/cardio at least 5 times a week
  • Don’t eat after 6 pm
  • Write how your highest self is.
  • What are the skills u wanna learn
  • Skills you are good at
  • What are the things, people, activities that make you happy What are the things, people, thoughts that make you sad/ anxious/stressed

The first week of july has already been passed but its never to late to start a healthy life style. Will post daily about my weightloss diet and workouts. do share some tips here with me.

Haha yeah i have been walking 4k steps for a month now my goal is to reach 8k steps 🥴
