Strawberries!
Fruits are very beneficial for health If we want to be healthy then it is important to include some fruits in our daily diet, all the things which are necessary for our digestion and for which we are concerned, hence it is very important to have fruits in our everyday food.
Strawberry is also very beneficial because eating it fulfills the requirement of Vitamin C and apart from this, it is rich in Vitamin B9 and potassium etc. which are hard need to our body.
If we want our complexion and blood circulation to be good, then we should use strawberry. Some people eat it after washing it and some people make its juice and drink it, but in our area people make its milk shake by mixing it with milk and consume with great fondness.
According to my opinion, if fruits are eaten according to the season then they can be more beneficial because the fruit which is produced in the season proves to be the best antibiotic for the diseases occurring during the season, hence we should eat the fruits according to the season in our daily food.
There are some areas where strawberry does not grow because there is no suitable environment for it and in our area the harvesting of strawberry is excellent, hence strawberry is generally available here and we get all the benefits by eating it.
It plays a very important role in maintaining healthy heart beat and eliminating cholesterol because it contains many things which keep the blood circulation of the body running smoothly.
If possible, strawberries should be eaten fresh because it has many benefits. If it is kept in a place where the environment is not suitable then it starts spoiling, hence we should eat only fresh fruits to get healthy juices.
