Hi Hiveans,

These are the two different kind of vegetable I used in making the soup more delicious and palatable. Here in ilorin kwara state we have different types of vegetables but in the case of my own recipe I use the African spinach, I also used the appetizer to the stomach vegetable.

  • The ingredients used in making the soup are as follows in Photography sections.

  • Red oil. Which most people use for cooking nowadays. My mum always prefer to use the red oil in cooking because it does not contain cholesterol of any kind meanwhile other vegetable oils will contain low or fat and cholesterol.

  • This is also one of the newest soup recipe I always use when making soup or stew. I began to use this not quite long and I added it to my food or stew recipe. It is very sweet on its own with a little bit of maggi taste to make stew or soup more delicious.

The Curry Powder. I also love to use the curry powder because it gives anything you cook a very pleasant flavour. And it also attract very good aroma.

PROCEDURES.

  • The foundation of all started with
a clean pot out on the fire and I also added the red oil till it gets more lighter with flames. I added already grinded chili pepper with locust beans.

I stired everything together and I left it for about 5-10 minutes with low fire underneath. I added Salt, Maggi, Onions to make it more delicious. Then I added the grinded
Melon mixed with the cray fish. I covered the pot and it began. After 10 -15 minutes I added my already chopped off Vegetables. Then I turned it to a low fire too. I added the meat.

THE FINAL OUTCOME.
