Rodney's Love Story Finale
One day while I was watching traffic from my favorite spot, I observed this car blow by a stop sign. The car didn’t even attempt to slow down. I pursued after the vehicle and pulled it over. An attractive looking woman in her low 30’s smiled at me and said “oh no what happened?” I smiled back and said, “well you didn’t stop at the stop sign.” While speaking with her I glanced at the passengers in the back but I didn’t look too hard at them. I could just see two passengers, a man and a woman. The lady said “I’m so sorry I’m not from the area. I’m a rideshare driver. I asked her name and she said it was Lauren. While getting Lauren’s license the male in the back said “oh here we go again.” The man then threw his hands up in exaggerated disbelief. I looked at him rather confused and said “what?” He sighed and said “you just keep trying to get me huh.” I just stared at him and said “uhm who are you?” The male got mad and yelled, “It’s me Rodney and you want to lock me up.” After staring at him for a few seconds I realized that it was Rodney and the female next to him was Nila. I shook my head and said “Rodney how could I be targeting you if I didn’t even know you were in the car and I can’t even remember what you look like?” Rodney went silent for a second and yelled, “well you are!”
I sighed and got everyone out of the vehicle. When Nila got out she grabbed her book bag and tried to walk away. I stood in front of Nila and asked “where are you going?” Nila yelled “I’m going to the bathroom. what I can’t pee?” I looked at Nila and smiled. “No, you can’t.and also put the book bag down.” “Why?” Nila said angrily. “Because the car smells like weed and the bag was in the car.” I said sternly. “Well I’m a stripper and this is where I keep my stuff. I don’t want you seeing all of my work clothes.” Nila responded. . “Put the bag down. This is the last time I ask nicely.” I said. Nila put the bag down and walked away with an angry sigh. I went to the bag and pulled out Nila’s “work clothes” and under her pair of shoes was a pretty large jar full of marijuana. I looked at Nila and said you do know that weed is illegal. Nila said “duh” I then asked her “well why do you have it?” but she didn’t respond. I then arrested her. As soon as I secured her, Rodney started yelling “oh you want me but you can’t get me.” Then he looked at Nila and said, “don’t worry baby I’ll get you out.”. “Rodney, I don’t have anything against you.”, i once again assured him but like speaking to a child he yelled again “you can’t get me” as he walked off into the sunset. I turned to Lauren and said “oh by the way I have to give you a ticket for this. With a smile, Lauren said, “I understand.” That miraculously was the last time I ever saw Rodney!!
