What I choose to eat until I die and not die before my time. (WEEK 222)

Quite some time ago, about 8 or 9 years ago, I was doing a lot of research about food, due to my lack of magnesium and that of the whole family, plus my mother's osteoarthritis problem.


Of course that research led me to know a lot more about everything, including anaemia, and lack of vitamins. I didn't and don't suffer from any disease, but I like to do research.


And when I was asked about what kind of food I would eat until I died, all this information came to my mind and the first thing I thought of was that meat is necessary, but other foods are also necessary, meat without vitamin C is the same as nothing.


Therefore and without hesitation the first type of food I would eat until I die is fruit, I love fruit.


They are very complete, they have all kinds of vitamins and minerals necessary for the body and many of them also contain iron like dried fruits, like grapes or dried figs, so this would be an ideal type of food.

But I also thought about the things I like to eat and matched them with what is necessary for my body to be healthy. It's not a question of just eating what I like, but trying not to shorten my life.



That's why I think fruits have a bit of everything, and also the glucose is natural, although those who are diabetic should take care of that.
But those of us who are low in glucose have no problem. The bad thing in life is white sugar, refined sugar and God knows what else they put in it.

So I thought, there are two food groups that are more necessary, meat and dairy. Dairy also has proteins necessary for life and if I have to choose for taste, that is to say to eat until I die something that I like more than other things, it is dairy and its derivatives.


It's not that I don't eat meat, but I don't eat too much, and if I don't eat I don't suffer, I don't even notice it.


Since I can't eat more than two types of food and I don't have any ailment, nor do I suffer from any illness, if I make these foods compatible I think I'll be fine, as long as I eat the right ones so that I don't lack anything my body needs.

I am not a person who eats large quantities of food, especially sweets, I don't like them. I prefer salty foods. It's all in the balance of food, but I also thought that those years of life will not be torture.

Surely something will be lacking in nutrients, such as those derived from meat and legumes. But I can only consume two types of food as if I live on an island that only has that, I must adapt.


And when I die and have another life, then I will be born with all this knowledge and much more on various subjects and I will know it before my time, so I will make much better use of my second life.


I already made the mistakes in the first, so now it's easier. It will be an extension of this one, but with more youth, I will focus on doing what I have left to do and enjoy it twice as much.


Maybe I'll make new mistakes, welcome, but I think I'll learn faster from them.


If at the end of eating those two foods I die, well, I'll think about the life to come, may it be much better than this one, I'm already hiring it. But may I never miss fruit in any life.

Sugar is the worst thing in the world, people don't know it but cholesterol is derived from the consumption of that sugar and they think it comes from something else. In ancient times, sugar was not consumed and people were healthier. .... They want to keep us sick! Thanks to you!

Try to incorporate oranges, you need vitamin C to assimilate the iron in the lentils. It doesn't have to be much, half an orange at lunch and half an orange at dinner, as much as you can.😘

I can't help my genius, I liked both songs!!! I'm more a fan of fruit and vegetables than meat, but I still eat it because I know it's necessary, but don't take away my chocolate with cocoa in the morning or I'll die! Little cocoa and no sugar!

I agree with you 100%, fruits and dairy are the best!
I didn't know about the importance of vitamin C to fix iron, and also that all meats don't contribute anything if they don't have that vitamin, I was 😱.

You can eat a mountain of meat, but if you don't take vitamin C, the iron won't bind. I learned that when my mother had anaemia and it seemed chronic, it wasn't because she didn't eat fruit!!! Thank you very much!😃

Hello.

If I had to undergo such an experiment, I don't think I could stand it. There is no food I want to eat every day for the rest of my life. What I value most in food is being able to vary it. It bores me to eat the same thing, no matter how tasty it is.

Dairy is also on my list of favorites, but I have banned it since I was diagnosed with IBD (I explain more about it in my post).🌼
