The fluttering of life searching for the essence of the simplest, most beautiful things, those that the eyes often do not see, those that go unnoticed.
The butterflies fly as if they were winged spirits, leaving the sensation of simplicity, of a perfume that passed just for a moment by our side. A soft and furtive flight in the middle of the darkness.
They are like a note of light and colour with their flight so faint that it is barely perceptible, like certain moments in life, like certain very small things that are near but we do not pay attention to them.
Amidst the emptiness of the air, they pass by leaving joy and colour, and their existence is so short, that it is worth appreciating them in every second of their magical flight.
Butterflies represent change, transmutation and allude to the spirit.
In Rando's artwork, butterflies symbolise that spirit and light in the midst of darkness and the unknown.
Environments charged with black colour, of darkness where you can barely see the wings of a butterfly, she brings beauty to that environment.
On the other hand, we see, in other works, a lot of colour, clarity and light, which is precisely what these beautiful winged insects represent.
They are supposedly as fragile as the essence, but as important as the essence itself. The essence is the most important thing in life, since the body is only a shell, a container in which the spirit lives, and Rando represents it through the butterfly.

Again, as I have said before, what is important is the quality, that colour and not the quantity. Too much quantity can often be meaningless. Quality matters, to be light in the world, as well as butterflies.
