Box of teas, a gift of health and happiness
Greetings, my dear friends. I hope you are doing very well, enjoying health and well-being.
We are already close to the end of the week and it seems to me that the week goes by faster and faster.
This morning, I heard on the radio that, just today, 80% of this year 2023 has already passed, that is to say, we have only 20% left to achieve our goals stated at the beginning or to do what is within our reach.
Well... may we all make the most of what is left of this 2023.
While I reflect on the inexorable passing of time, I am drinking a rooibos tea from the tea box my daughter gave me. I've wanted to show you this special little gift for days and it wasn't until today that I was able to enjoy a cup of tea and take photos to share with you.
As a lover of tea, and coffee! I am always on the lookout for new brands and flavors to try. So, I saw this box of teas from the brand Naturela that I wanted for a long time, for two reasons: one, the variety of teas it contains and, another, the beautiful presentation box. Don't you think it's a beauty?
I was smitten from day one. The message on the cover, Celebrate Life, is a call to live life as a party where there are plenty of reasons to celebrate it every day. The other message, Connect with the energy of nature made food, is part of the brand's slogan and is also an invitation to receive all the good that nature gives us and to connect with its revitalizing energy.
This beautiful box contains 6 varieties of Spiruté, including: Green Tea, Turmeric, Cocoa, Ginger, Rooibos and Moringa. All ideal for preparing hot or cold infusions. I prefer to drink them hot to alleviate the cold I feel in this city and the truth is that I enjoy them more. I sip them, sip by sip, feeling the warmth in my hands and body.
What I like most about these teas is that they are made without artificial ingredients, and they all provide us with different benefits. I have already tried the turmeric tea which is one of my must-haves during the day, the ginger tea and now the rooibos tea.
Rooibos is a powerful antioxidant and also beneficial for the immune system. It contains vitamins and minerals, including potassium and magnesium, which are necessary for our body.
All these days I have been trying each of these infusions, taking advantage of their benefits and the dose of health and happiness that my daughter has given me with this little box, because when they are all gone I will keep there the new packets of tea that I will buy.
I bid you farewell, my coffee-loving friends, until next time.

But this is a beautiful box I love it.
You remind me of the tea they served at my first job, it was a tasty pineapple tea. I love that flavor, it's my favorite.
It's a beautiful gift. Best regards to your gorgeous daughter!
I think I've tried all those varieties of infusion, except for the turmeric. Everyone tells me that it's a dream, besides having been the favorite one during the pandemic, but I still can't bring myself to make it. I've tried it mixed in other infusions, though, but it's never the same.
Pretty box. After you're done with the bags, you can use it as a sewing box, hehe.
Fun looking Tea tin! The bright colors of the bags give the impression that each tea will be full of flavor. Thanks for sharing and I hope you continue to have a warm drink nearby.
