My lessons from mass indoctrination Day 2

Calvary greetings brethren. It's always a delight to hear God's words. God's words brings light into our hearts. Am Sister Atuma Hope and am doing this post to share my lessons from the mass indoctrination Day 2.

I learnt from the teaching that there is one Church and that one Church is the Church of God as written in about eleven places in the Bible. Some of these Bible verses where the Church of God was mentioned are 1 Corin. 1 :2, 1 Corin. 11:22, 1Tim. 3:15, 1Tim.3 :5, Gala. 1:13, 2Corin.1:1 , etc.
In the book of Isaiah 43:7 God instructed that, that which is called by HIS name, that which He made, that which is from Him should all be called by God's name and there are for His Glory. The name of God is the most powerful, it is like a defense and a strong tower (John 17:11). The Church of God is the piller and ground of all truth as in the book of 1Tim. 3 :15. The best name of the Church is the name of the owner which is God, therefore the house of God should be called the Church of God, for a good name is better than riches (Provb. 22:1). The Church of God was purchased by Christ blood.

We should join the true Church that is written in the Bible just as we have accepted the Word of God and God's doctrines. Once we have acknowledged the gospel of Christ, we should join the Church. According to the book of Eph 3:6, Gentiles are fellow heirs, we are gentiles and hence we are fellow heirs, members of the same body, the body is the Church. The Church was made by God to bring Salvation to men. In 1Corin.10: 32, joining the church, we should accept the Gospel and partake in keeping all the doctrines of Christ. Once we acknowledge the Gospel of Christ, God accepts us as in the book of Acts 10 :34 - 35. The Gospel should not be accepted by raising of the hands ( 1 Corin. 1:13), but by accepting the doctrine of the Gospel which is the truth. For any doctrine to be obeyed or practice, it must be written in the bible otherwise it should not to be accepted. (1 Corin. 15 : 1-2).

In the Colo. 3: 16, Singing is one of the doctrine / Gospel of God that we should obey, it is a commandment in the gospel of God. we should sing when we gather to God. In the true church of God, we sing for almost everything. Singing is very important in the house of God.
