Why does claiming LARYNX token process have to be repeated all over before claiming?
The hype
When the LARYNX token launched after much anticipation, everyone was hyped and ready to claim the airdrop, there were so many posts, contests, tweets, content and opinions about the LARYNX token and how to claim it. The amount of airdrop to claim was dependent on the amount of Hive you had on or before January 3rd if I’m correct. So this means those after that time will likely not get an airdrop to claim.
The first claim
When the first claim began in March, some found it difficult to claim because they don’t know how despite going to the https://spk.dlux.io site, some had different issues to complain about but it was made easier for them when @speknetwork made a tutorial post about it on how to claim it by approving hivesigner first. While for some it was easier for them due to the video/audio meeting or talk they had on the SPK discord server which I was among and some details and prizes were shared.
The second claim
The second claim was confusing and tricky, why? Because the first claim was made I think in the middle of March, some didn’t know that the next claim was supposed to be on the 1 of April think it will be anytime in the month just like March so they missed out on claiming the LARYNX token for the month of April. Also, some still had issues claiming the token for some reasons, one was hivesigner wasn’t displaying for them to approve only the keychain, which they don’t understand but after much struggling and assistance from people they know they got to claim it but for those that couldn’t they missed out on it.
The third claim
The third claim was easier because people already knew it was going to be the beginning of the month, so they were prepared for it maybe except for those that forgot to however many people around me got to claim their tokens but were still pained about missing April. LOL
The difficulty
The problem is, when I log in to the https://spk.dlux.io site, I can access my profile and see every details and token to claim but I can’t however claim it except I have to go back to the tutorial post on the @spknetwork page and start the process again by clicking the link to approve hivesigner before I can be able to claim the token. I don’t know if it’s just me or other persons are experiencing it too, so can’t it just be a one-time hivesigner approving since I’m already logged in to the platform already?
Maybe the difficulty is just from my end but what could be the problem or are there any suggestions to help?

No matter what I do when I use the domain
spk.dlux.io, allI get is a blank page except for the SPK Network logo and a login widget. Nothing else appears.Today it occurred to me to see what happens when I login to the main domain,
dlux.io. This appears on screen as expected, and from there I was able to login using Hive Keychain.From here, I went to the DEX page; even though I was logged in, the DEX page which appeared showed more of an API template than an actual working DEX.
I still have trouble accessing
spk.dlux.io, but I was able to make a claim or two using Hivesigner.
