Elon Musk Vs Twitter: The Battle Continues

The battle between Twitter and Elon Musk since the beginning of deal has started to make it looks like child’s play and no one is taking it serious again because if you look out what has been going on there’s not a big issue in what they are fighting for and that’s just providing proof of accounts that differentiates between bots and real users. However, the arguments has been going on for a while that Elon Musk decided that he will be pulling out of the deal because the information he wants is not being handed to him but Twitter isn’t happy with his decision.

Having made the announcement last week we thought that could push Twitter to handover the information requested for but the outcome of their response was a lawsuit against Elon Musk which claims he’s violating the agreement between both parties and him exiting the deal is consider wrongful and invalid but his lawyers are also responding that he has every right to pull out of the deal because Twitter has been reluctant to submit documents requested for months.

In the filing that Twitter submitted, they are still insisting that Elon Musk is still part of the deal and every information requested for has been submitted and will be submitted but the questions is, what’s the deal for the proof of accounts information? Are they scared of something? Whatever the case may be, Twitter are willingly to drag Elon Musk to court if he exits the deal.

As we all know Elon Musk, despite the issues on ground which is getting everyone worried or on their toes, he doesn’t seem bother as he continues to do what he does best which is sharing memes on Twitter and Tweeting sarcastically. One thing is sure and that is, if Elon Musk proves to be right at the end of the day he will definitely opt to reduce his bid for platform and whatever he choose to do.
Reports are saying if Elon Musk decides to go to he might win if what he says ends up being right and he might lose if the contract they signed is against but Twitter will suffer some damages and that’s they will have to disclose certain information to the public of which are supposed to be confidential.
