Martyr + Quora is best synergy, sadly in higher leagues Quora have dispel and there is no that much fun ;D

Yea. That dispel can hurt quite a bit as it removes the bloodlust stacks, but I am not that far ahead in ranked battles to face many Quoras at that level.
