Hive is the blockchain on which all the text data is stored.
InLeo is a community on Hive with it's own UI (to be able to post on the Hive blockchain).
Threads are micro-posts (like Twitter) in the InLeo UI
See also PeakD & Ecency which have Snaps & Waves for micro-posts.
