Wow, this Manchurian gravy sounds absolutely delicious! I love the idea of using Schezwan Manchurian masala instead of multiple sauces, it's so much easier and quicker. The golden-brown balls together with the vegetables are fantastic. I will most definitely give this recipe a shot! Your thorough directions and lovely pictures also astound me. Keep up the great work! I eagerly anticipate more of your Indian cuisine recipes.
