Hello everyone, Welcome.
As an ordinary human, I am very surprise by own body and mind, for some reason, much deep, I really like to stay at home without doing anything for a week or even more than a month, but after that I like mingling with outside society, I can't even stop telling story. to other people. I've never test whether I'm an introvert or an extrovert, but I'm sure I'm a strange, ordinary human being.

After at home for more than a week, I want to walk around my home, just buy street food or sitting in public space and enjoy the vibes. I don't know my feet walk so far, but strangely enough I came to one of the public spaces in the middle of the city, drove myself and arrived at this place.

I went to Tengah.id, one of the public spaces which is full of several merchants and small restaurants in one area. This place is specifically for that, because its location is not far from the city center and is used as a commercial public space, even though there is no entry ticket and it's free, but maybe you need money to buy coffee, dessert or ice cream here, because the vibes make your stomach feel hungry .

The first time I came here, there were still very few merchants and restaurants built, but after a year passed, it looked very different from the first time I saw it. I think this is very smart, a brilliant idea and will probably become a place that the people of Medan will like.

Previously, as I remember, this place was filled with several very shady trees, long beforetengah.id was built. One of the old offices, apparently a government office, was no longer operational and was abandoned. Because it was very old, it was finally transformed into a place like this. The public space is very shady with lots of trees whose growth is very well maintained, and the place is very clean and well maintained.

The entrance to Tengah.id is lit up by colorful lanterns, and a canopy hangs for pedestrians. The lights will shine at night and will definitely be beautiful, and there are several interesting statues, one of which is this pink cat statue, maybe for some people who bring children, they will like the vibes.

Then there is also an outdoor spot full of bean bags, for those who like to sit lazily like they are in the family room, enjoying food and drinks with the wind blowing. I suggest choosing this spot when the air is cloudy or in the afternoon, so you won't get burned by the sun and UV rays. Even though you sit outdoors, several coconut trees will make your seat shaded, unless you sit during the day at exactly 12.00 WIB, it will make you very crazy and hot. Also, there is a screen to watch, but only at night, there will be live music performances as well as several short films being screened here. In this gazebo there will be live music or art performances which are designed as entertainment at Tengah.id. Isn't this very exciting?

There are several restaurants such as Filosofi Kopi Perfecto, Yoku Yatta, Chinese Food Restaurant and others. Many levels of society can enjoy this public space, so this place will be very busy with visitors, especially when the weekend arrives. Because of the shade of trees and entertainment provided and also the security that we can enjoy in the midst of crowds.

I like this spot the most, several tall trees that look very neat with various chairs lined up. I think this is my favorite outdoor spot to take pictures, it's next to the terrace of Filosofi Kopi Perfecto, like being in a fancy restaurant. With the slogan Eat – Play – Shop, I think everyone likes this slogan.

I highly recommend for all of you who want to find a place to hang out in Medan city but is still very beautiful, with various types of interesting food and busy with visitors, its time for you to choose this place as your tourist destination!
