Summer Drink For Boost Immunity

Weather greatly influences mood. During winter, you really need to be in a good mood to be enthusiastic and not just locked in bed because you feel very lazy, but during summer, you will be very cheerful but your whole body feels like it lacks hydration.

What season is in your city? Here, it's summer which often changes. Strangely, even though it was hot for 1 week, there were moments when it would rain but only once, at least it could wash away the dust on the road. But, it can be very bad if you are not prepared with poor immunity.

What's nice in the summer is to soak in cold water or drink ice cream. However, sometimes too much commercial ice cream is a little bad for a sore throat. In fact, a week ago I was experiencing a sore throat for a long time so I drank it almost every time and felt uncomfortable.

Now my throat is back to being very good, but I want to enjoy a cold drink that can boost my immunity. What should I do?

The wise and smart way is to make your own drinks at home. You know that there is a lot of hidden sugar in every bottled drink and I don't like that. I can drink regular sugar but not in packaged drinks. I really like stocking drinks in bottles and it's very good for my health and my wallet.

Why can this be a drink to boost immunity? Because of one thing, namely adding several natural ingredients from nature which were created to complement human needs. I always believe in nature which always provides goodness.

Ingredients:

I added it to an amazing drink recipe, because it is really delicious and also full of benefits. These are the ingredients for making it:

  • 1 tablespoon dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 thin oranges
  • Stevia sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp Nata de coco
  • 200 ml of water
  • Ice Cube

How to Make Summer Drink:

  • If we talk about this drink, I think it's very easy to make it like making coffee or tea, it's very easy even by closing your eyes. At least you have to save some of the ingredients above, especially butterfly pea flowers. I bought 1 pack of butterfly pea flowers at a fairly easy price and then I boiled them in 200 ml of water.

  • Chia seeds. I separate this because it has to be brewed in hot water so that it expands and releases fiber. Just stir and let it sit for 5 minutes then the chia seeds can be used.

  • Lime. I sliced it thinly and also took some pieces to squeeze. You know the benefits of lime which is high in vitamin C and anti-oxidants which can boost immunity, besides being cheap and easy to get. This also beautifies the clearness of my glass.

  • Everything has been prepared, it's time to combine everything in one glass big enough for me. I added 2 drops of stevia and it was sweet enough for me to enjoy. Adding a little ice cube makes it even fresher, oh with a little mint leaves of course.

Drinking a lot sometimes doesn't make us hydrated enough, we need something really fresh 😆
