This dish reminds me of my childhood, savory rice with shell satay! It's really delicious and filling!
Likewise today, I was lucky to be given a packet of savory rice with delicious clam satay, the scallops were very big and chewy! I can't imagine the taste, because shell satay is very hard to find!
