Ragout Risoles Triangle Recipe
One way to cheer yourself up is to do what you like. What is your favorite activity? There are many things in this world, the things I like are going to the gym and cooking. Both of these activities can clear my mind of problems. Both have different ways of making me forget about problems a little, maybe because I focus on what I'm doing.
But, cooking is best if we already know what we are going to cook. The term is a meal plan, I can be very messy without a meal plan. Do you know why? Because I'm confused and anxious. Confused about what to cook with the ingredients I have. People say that a meal plan prevents us from wasting food ingredients.
I do my best to prepare a meal plan, but always leftover ingredients in my refrigerator. The funny thing is, that always happens. It doesn't matter if there is another way to anticipate it, for example by making other food from the meal plan. Like this time, I accidentally made ragout risoles with the ingredients I had.
Ingredients:
Actually I even added some ingredients, like chicken which I ended up buying a little because making ragout requires meat filling. As the right source of protein for the ragout filling. Wouldn't that be delicious? The taste of minced chicken makes the taste very different.
Paper risoles ingredients:
- 250 gr medium protein flour
- 100 ml water
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper and mushroom broth
- Vegetable oil
Ragout Ingredients:
- 200 gr carrots
- 250 gr potatoes
- Spring onions
- 100 gr minced chicken
- Shallots, garlic, chili paste
- Salt, sugar, pepper and mushroom broth
- Vegetable oil for sauteing
How to Make Risoles Ragout:
- The first is to make paper risoles. There are many recipes that can make paper risoles, but I like this recipe because it doesn't tear easily. My mother taught me to make paper risoles. I have listed the ingredients above, all mixed and then dissolved in one dough. After that, strain. The purpose is so that the dough is not too thick and not too runny.
- Use a non-stick pan, or at least use a tool to make paper risoles. Apparently, today's technology has started to be massive, there is even a tool to make paper risoles like this. I got a lot of paper risoles. I will store the rest in the refrigerator.
- After making paper risoles, I made ragout dough. But before that, everything must be steamed first, especially carrots and potatoes. After that, cut into cubes.
- Saute garlic and shallots, but first must be chopped first. Then add chili paste, to add a slightly spicy taste to the risoles ragout. Then add the minced chicken.
- After that, add the spices, also thinly sliced spring onions. Finally, add carrots and potatoes. The ragout filling is done.
- Fill the risoles ragout and don't forget to coat it with breadcrumbs so that when fried it has a crunchy texture. Fry and serve!
See you the next time hive friends!
