Low Fat Recipe - Spicy Chicken Dashi
The most troublesome thing every morning is thinking about what to cook. Actually, I have made several meal plans, but that is quite helpful. However, after the meal plan for the week has been done, another thing that is quite difficult is making a new meal plan. Making recipes and meal plans takes extra energy and drains the brain every week.
Meanwhile, my husband and I are on a diet in managing our food. The goal is to be healthier, not too strict with foods without excess calories, just prioritizing protein every day. I who are currently concentrating on increasing muscle mass, food like this is quite helpful in the progress of muscle growth in my body. The recomposition of fat into muscle, although it is increasing slowly, but it is quite a lot of progress from month to month.
Of all the sources of protein that I like, it is chicken breast and chicken thighs. I buy without fat and also without bones, just chicken fillets. Honestly, chicken is very helpful so that my protein is met, however, eating chicken every day is quite difficult because it requires a lot of recipes to vary.
I try all kinds of recipes, because it is quite helpful so that I don't get bored of eating chicken. Unlike my husband who loves chicken and never gets bored with any recipe. So, I really need a lot of time to make a recipe. But, there is one recipe that I like the most and this is what makes me able to survive eating chicken every day. Curious about the recipe?
THE INGREDIENTS:
- 500 gr chicken breast fillet or chicken thigh (prefer using chicken thigh because it tastes juicier)
- Chilli flakes
- 1 pcs onion, 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pack of dashi seasoning, pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 leeks
- 50 ml water
Step – Cooking Spicy Chicken Dashi
What I like about this recipe is that it is really very easy and fast. Who doesn't like cooking fast but it tastes good? Makes all the work in the kitchen easier. Since dieting and living a real food life, I realized that cooking like this is very easy, without oil which makes my kitchen cleaner from oil splashes.
I like to be annoyed when cooking with oil, because oil is difficult to clean. It must be cleaned using soap and it takes quite a long time. I have to clean the kitchen every day and it's a bit tiring.
This easy recipe only takes 15 minutes. How to:
- Mix sesame oil, dashi, garlic powder, and chili flakes. All mixed together and it will make it easier when mixed with the chicken that will be pan-fried.
- The prepared chicken is placed on a non-stick pan, then given a little water so that the spices can be absorbed optimally. Cook until the chicken is cooked and also slightly brown.
- Add leeks, onions and it will add fiber to this menu.
- Spicy chicken dashi is ready to be served!
See you the next time hive friends!
