Towards Eid al-Fitr, I thought about making a cake or dessert to be sent to my closest friends. This is a tradition that I have carried out for several years, because of the enthusiasm for Eid al-Fitr after 30 days of fasting. It's time to build friendly relations, after all, the month of Ramadan is the best month for sharing.

As a housewife who really likes the culinary world, for me making food, desserts and cakes is a passion, especially for my loved ones, it feels like all the food I make has a touch of love that will be received by anyone who eats the food I make.

The plan, I will make cheesecake, burnt cheesecake to be more precise. A favorite dessert of mine and this is very rare to find in my area, maybe for you guys this is an ordinary dessert, but where I live, dessert is hard to find. Usually only sold in rather fancy bakery or pastry shops, or very fancy coffee shops.

I know that cheesecake has a relatively expensive price, one slice of 30-50 grams costs IDR 50,000 per slice. What I know for sure is that the price for cheesecake is expensive because the raw material for cream cheese is very expensive in Indonesia and the ingredients are hard to find, only in a few big supermarkets in the city center.
