There must be a lot of friends who are curious about some of the back training menus that I do, this is my training menu for the past 1 year. It's quite fun because I'm very careful with some of my exercises because I'm afraid of injury.
UPPER SHOOT TO BACK MENUS:

  1. Lat Pull Down 50 kg 10 reps with 3 sets.
  2. Cable Row 20 kg 10 reps with 3 sets.
  3. Wide Grip Barbel Rows 35 kg 10 reps with 3 sets.
  4. Straight Arm Pull Down 25 kg 10 reps with 3 sets.
  5. Upright Rows 15 kg 10 reps with 3 sets.
  6. Front Raises 10 kg 10 reps with 3 sets.
  7. Biceps Curl Cable 10 kg 10 reps with 3 sets.
  8. Body Weight Biceps Curl 15 reps with 3 sets.

Make sure all exercises are adjusted to your abilities, so that fatal injuries do not occur. This works great for me, but it may not work for you.
