Today I make two beautiful hollyhock flowers and their leaves. They are made by folding paper. I think the shape of that flower is very unique and beautiful. I have never made that flower shape before. I make two flowers and two leaves, so need to fold a lot of paper.

In the first step, the paper for the flower is cut by the same length and width with 21cm. The paper needs to be cut as a pentagonal shape. So fold the paper in half. Fold two opposite corners to make a point. Fold the edge of the other side to that place and fold that edge back to the original place. Fold the other side to the middle and fold it in half. Then cut it as shown.

Fold one corner to the middle point and make a folding line. Gather the paper to the middle according to the folding lines. Fold the bottom edge up to that line and spread it back. The next step is to gather it back to the middle.

In this step, make five folding lines and spread them as shown. Fold the five edges from the middle to make a star shape. Gather it to the middle and fold the five sides step by step as shown. Roll each edge inward again. The corners must also be stretched upwards.

Also need a piece of paper of the same length and width for the leaf. This is made with 21cm. At first, cut a pentagonal shape. Gather it to the middle according to the folding lines and cut it to form leaf shapes as shown in picture.

Another flower is made with different colors. That flower is made with 15cm.
