Embracing the spirit of Ramdan last Ashra
Assalam o alaikum! Hope you all are doing well.The last Ashra of Ramdam Mubarak to all of you.As the last Ashra of Ramadan started,it brings mixed feeling sadness and also happiness.Its okay to feel sad because Ramadan is going but it is not the end of blessings and spiritual progress.Yes this month hold special place in our hearts. The end of Ramadan makes the beginning of Eid, The time of joy and celebration. A fruit for the believers and fasting persons.
The time of sehri and aftari is itself a blessing.And to make food for sehri and aftar is also a peaceful activity in winter or normal season but not really in summer hahaha. Today i make Dumplings that are my favourite.And very easy recipe that takes not too much time

Gram Flour
Potato
Onion
Spices (Green chills,Red chilli powder Cumin,coriander,Turmenic powder) according to your taste
Salt
Water

Firstly i wash and cut the potato,add spicies and gram flour according to spices and potato then add water to make a better for dumplings
Then in hot oil i started fry them.
They take afew minutes and they are ready
I also make some fries

Today I had a full plate of Pakoras but they were not that much tasty as of home. I think I should travel back home to taste real Pakoras.
