They play the role of first brick to build the foundation of great morals in the minds of humanity. Those countries in which school's education system is solid, they are most developed. Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Bankers, Scientists, Researchers and Industrialists all had taken their big start in education from schools.

There will be no one who can ignore from the importance of the schools. When these institutes are the backbone in the progress of a country, it is the responsibility of the government to ensure Quality Education in them. To compete in the field of education, every country should meet the standards of modern education. Education is the need that makes one nation alive or extinct on the pages of the History. To strengthen our education system, we should strengthen our schools.

Some Precious Things from School life

I started my schooling from government sector. There were very few Private schools at that time where kids of Elite Class or Big Landlord were getting education. I had never felt regret for not getting education from these institutes because I was getting what was needed to compete regarding Quality Education. To sit on the ground instead of chairs and to study in a room without fans were not my problem.

My only purpose was quality education from these government institutes. I shall praise all those teachers and Principals who were arranging following Precious things for us in limited funds and scarcity of facilities to polish our Standard in the field of Education.

• Speech Competition
• Sports
• Practicals

Pakistan Study had been a tough subject for me from my school life. I appreciate my school teachers who arrange study tours in the museum and hilly areas to understand the Biogeography of Pakistan.

Speech is my most influential and favorite thing regarding my school. There were different speech competition where I participated and earned prestigious rewards for my school.

Sports are essential to keep healthy body because a healthy mind exists in a healthy body. I 'm good in Cricket and Football. Thanks to School where I trained myself for these sports from my childhood.

Practicals is the portion of education that is very important for conceptual study. Without practicals either you are good in theory or not, your knowledge is incomplete about different study aspects. I learned some Practical skills from my school hence I love to participate in Practical Activities.

All these activities I learned from my school. These were some of the golden days of my life where I enjoyed my education as well as my study. Either they were government school or they were private sectors their main purpose in school was Quality Education and Grooming of the Kids.

Current Schooling System

Recently, my nephew who is getting his first grade education from a government school, was not ready to go to school because he was claiming that his school forced him to emphasize on his curriculum while he was interested in Extra Curriculum Activities as well. I met to the Principal of the School about this matter who instead of accepting their negative role about school, started debating with me that kids were wasting their time in extra curricular activities hence they had put taboo on these activities. I had put forward some examples of my school where everything was balanced. After few minutes debate, although he accepted his negligence about poor education but had also put all this responsibility on government. He was stubborn to say that governments were not facilitating them with funds hence we were hardly managing their curricular activities only. Finally, I have to shift my nephew in other government school where there were some extra curricular activities for the kids. It is the worst state of the school I recently has experienced. How can we run a school with only curricular activities? It is shocking to think for me.

Moreover, I have witnessed some bad education from some private schools where my fellows are teaching. These schools are just charging school fee and providing nothing to their students regarding their morals and extra curricular activities. They are running the school like factory and their main purpose is the money. It didn't matter either a student has come with a proper uniform or not, either he follows discipline or not, either he is doing home work regularly or not and either he is punctual or not. They only have their attention on the pockets of their money. Additionally, they are rewarding these students with prizes. I want to share one story of the school where there were 24 students in 4th Grade. This school arranged their result ceremony and invited me there. I was surprised to see there were six first position, 9 second positions and 9 third position. Ever the whole class was getting their prizes. I asked the reason behind it. The school official claimed that if we didn't reward any of the student here then their parents were took the admissions of their kids out of the school. Seriously, a student who is without following discipline, without a proper uniform and without punctuality still getting position in the class and prizes from the school. I stated one worst example from bad schooling, still there are many bad conditions.

Hence, it had been years that I have not found any top Quality Researcher, doctor or engineer from Pakistan as our school system is not meeting the requirements of modern education system. May Allah help our Education Ministry for Improving our school system and Pakistan will make progress by leaps and bounds.
