Laws And Public Health

(Edited)

Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Anything advantageous and beneficial for the public should be strictly followed by the government. For our welfare, if governments are interested in making Laws, then we should encourage them instead of criticizing them. Many people are against the punishment system in this regard. People have different opinions on punishment for breaking the laws made for human welfare. Some people agree and are in great favor of punishment, while others are the opposite. Laws regarding public health issues are poor and need amendments.

Early Diagnosis Means Fastest Recovery

In the field of medicine, early diagnosis of any disease is encouraged. Even many diseases whose treatment is still not discovered, if diagnosed early then, can be treated well. Many countries have poor medical laws that strongly need amendments. I have many examples where diagnosis did the magic and patients recovered from deadly diseases.

Last Year my cousin was feeling a tumour on her breast. She was feeling shameful and not willing to share with anyone. One day her mum observed it and scolded her for not revealing the secret of her tumor. Thank God it was not too late. My auntie went to Punjab Hospital Faisalabad for a check-up where the Doctor not only made an early diagnosis of cancer but also started treatment. Alhamdulillah, now she has recovered after 1 year of treatment. Early diagnosis means the fastest recovery; we have to understand this.

Are there Laws for Public Health?

Surely, there will be strict laws that will ensure public health in every country. The government should strictly force each citizen to complete monthly medical check-ups. It will not only make an early diagnosis for the people but also help a country to eradicate and fight against germs. The government should provide medical check-up services free and punish people who will not follow them. It will be a great favor for the public if laws are made in this regard. Many elite families go for monthly check-ups; hence, they have strong chances for a long life. While poor families die early because their diseases are not cured early. Many diseases cause complications when they are not diagnosed early. Moreover, the government should educate people about the importance of physical check-ups. People are usually afraid when someone asks them about blood, urine, or fecal samples. Better training and education can rectify these problems.

Final Thoughts

Laws having public welfare are encouraged in developed countries. People have fears regarding laws about public health; hence, we need to take them into confidence by arranging seminars and workshops. Moreover, if our government sponsors free medical check-ups for each citizen, then it should be strictly followed because it has many health benefits. We can provide free practices for medical students as well as help our public to control diseases. Normally, people think if blood is taken from their bodies, it will be bad. It is not true because these samples help us to diagnose the health condition in our body.
