An independent family can't enjoy the advantages of a Joint Family. I was born in an environment where Ancestors and descendants had shared a Common niche. I learned about the benefits of Unity. Similarly, I learned the disadvantages of a sedentary lifestyle. United, we stand; separated, we fall. I feel content in the joint family that is all.

Importance of Joint Family

When I opened my eyes to this world, I found my Uncles, cousins, Grandparents, and father in my surroundings. Whether it is happiness or a time of sorrow, we all are together and share everything.

The joint family is a royal family, in my words. It has advantages that can't be seen in an individual family. I have witnessed the following evident benefits in a joint family.

1. Emotional Support

If there is a conflict between two families, then one family gives support to another. No one feels alone and everything is sorted out nicely. There will be evident companionship and shared responsibilities.

2. Financially Stability

If one family is facing a financial crisis then another family supports it by giving loans or by gifting money. No one feels financial depression in this regard.

3. Ultimate Support

Previous Year, my uncle's son was sever sick. His liver was dysfunctional. Doctor suggested operation for his Survival. My uncle were worried. He called to my father for help. My father not only helped my uncle but also collected donations from other brothers. Finally, operation was done successfully and he thanked to my father. These things can only be seen in a joint family.

Single Family Is Easy to attack by Enemies

Similarly, my aunt has shifted to Faisalabad. He is the only family there. My mother has invited her many times but she disobeyed my mother. Anyway, we heard many issues in her family. Sometimes, they are thieves that are problem for them and sometimes they are neighbours who made troubles for them. She is very worried but she didn't take decision alone because her husband wants to keep himself there. Anyway, I have witnessed financial crisis and family disorderly management there hence robbers and thieves easily attacked at her house.

When I was university student, I was also thinking to spend life alone. I was disturbed by family to family engagements and everyday there were debates. One conflicts ended and other started. But when I came to know about the problems of my aunt who is a single family in Faisalabad, I felt my family is in the shade of God. Small issues are everywhere we need to neglect them. We need to be strong and should beleive in unity. Hence, joint family is the only option left for me to spend a comfortable life there. I'm more happy to be part of a joint family. I don't know how the things will happen later but still I'm satisfied with my family.
