Insomnia- Sleeping Sickness

Hello StemSocial Community! Welcome to my blog. When there are weather changes, there can be seen many health problems. Winter has been the worst month for me, not due to its coldness but due to its disturbance in my sleep-week cycle. Short days feel a big trouble for me. I'm suffering from a sleeping sickness that I want to elaborate on today.

What Is Insomnia?


Insomnia is a sleeping disorder characterized by discomfort and unpleasant sleep either we are willing for sleep or we are struggling for sleep. There are several factors that can trigger sleeping sickness. A healthy sleep is essential for a healthy life. We should not make any compromise on it.

Types:

There are mainly two types of Insomnia. It can be acute and can be chronic. Its chronic form is most damaging and can result in sever depression and suicidal attempts. Acute form is temporary and can be treated well with short term medicines.

Causative Factors:

Insomnia is a disorder, it can be triggered by several factors so we can't treat it as a disease. To rectify insomnia, we need to correct mental health or causes that is the reason behind insomnia. It can be due to,

  • Stress
  • Drugs
  • Disturbed Sleeping Cycle
  • Mental Health
  • Nutritional Deficiencies
  • Physical Injuries
  • Nightmare

These are the reasons that trigger Insomnia. We should have a regular schedule for sleep, no need to take stress, must take balanced diet, and try to protect ourselves from accidents. Anything that triggers pain can result into Insomnia.

Treatment

Its diagnosis is simple. When we are unable to sleep well, we should think about Insomnia. There are several medicine available for treating Insomnia, we need to do justice with all of them. We should not take them regularly because they make addiction. We can take following medicines and tips for proper Insomnia Cure.

  • Antidepressants
  • Muscle Relaxants
  • Pain Killers or NSIAD
  • Make A proper Schedule for sleep
  • Minimise Screening Time
  • Don't make stress, be easy with life

These are some helpful tips. I have experienced Insomnia and have cured it within 3 days. There is early remedy about it but we need to be fast.


Final Thoughts


We should not treat Insomnia as a disease because it is disorder. It can be triggered by any factor. We need to be careful. If we are suffering with it, we should better contact with a doctor or better with Psychologist. In most people, there are cases with acute insomnia reports and have been cured with little cure. It can result in death if not treated well. I'm happy, I was able to cure it before any further damage to my health.

Insomnia, Hum??? I know about it but I didn't read about it in detail. I heard about it on a radio show and read an article on it as I felt it was interesting. I am feeling good to know more about it.
