Healthy Food and Luxury Life in Ramdan
Hello Hive Ghana Community! Welcome to my blog. In Whole World, it is the start of Ramdan for Muslims. In this month, Muslims do fasting for whole day. Being Muslim, I also fasted for the 1st Ramdan as well. Whenever we keep ourselves hungry, it brings feelings of Sympathy and Kindness for others especially for those people who didn't have enough food to keep themselves alive. Moreover, it is healthy for our body as well to keep fasting at least one month in whole year. I was reading a research that was proving that whenever we keep our body on fasting, there happened release of some factors in our body that increase our immunity. Fasting for some hours in 24 hours is healthy as well as spiritually good to get the Pleasure of God. After fasting about 14 hours, I filled my stomach with healthy diet. Now, I 'm feeling healthy and more energetic.
Importance of Diet
To keep ourselves energetic and healthy, our body needs healthy food. Food acts like a fuel and provides energy to us. Our growth, body maintenance and development depend on it. Either it is the reproduction or any other system in our body needs energy and energy is directly linked with diet. Today, I was watching News on Television. There are many deaths in Gaza due to starvation. It is the worst type of terrorism when we keep a man away from basic components of food and man died of hunger. Humanity is the biggest religion and I was protesting inside for this cruel deed against Israel State. Either they are Muslims, Christians or Jewish, we should provide them healthy food because it is essential for the survival of humanity.
I can keep myself away from phone or internet but I can't keep away myself from food. As food is essential for the proper functioning of my brain. Today when I approached the dining table, there were following food items and dishes available for me.
- Pakora
- Dahi Bhalla
- Chicken Rice
- Fruits
Pakora
It is my favorite diet to eat after fasting. Its salty and delicious taste triggered my hunger. I took them in moderate amount and enjoyed my dinner.
Dahi Bhalla
This is another my favorite dish after fasting. Its juicy curd is something special with spicy potatoes and crunchy flakes. I also taken it in my today dinner.
Chicken Rice
Chicken Polao is the most Popular Pakistani Dish. I love to eat chicken meat either it is roasted or it is boiled. It is healthy protein source. Moreover, rice added in its taste. I filled my tummy with this dish as well.
Fruits
Fruits are cheap source of healthy vitamins. Scientifically, our body daily required some amount of vitamins that we can get from fruits. I love to take dates, banana and Apples after fasting hence they were sliced better for me.
Conclusion
Food is very significant regarding body needs. We can't make any compromise on this need. As it is the start of Ramdan hence I 'm fasting. I like to take healthy diet after my fast. Healthy diet full of nutrients is the big right for each citizen. We should not discriminate people on the bases of color, caste or religion we should provide equal food opportunity for every human being. I 'm sad to see the worst condition in Palestine imposed by Israel. Palestinian should be given healthy diet by United Nations so that we will be able to save humanity. In many cases, we get sickness due to nutrient deficiencies. Hence, we should take a diet that has balanced amount of protein, Carbohydrates and lipids. I 'm happy for not taking diet in whole day because it was my fasting being Muslim. I can keep myself away from mobile for even Whole month but I can't keep myself away from healthy diet even for three days. As there are strong chances, I shall die due to starvation hence I took Pakora, Dahi Bhalla, Chicken Rice and Fruits after whole day fasting. A healthy body can be assured by taking a healthy diet.
