[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2024

Poranki z dwójką, zwłaszcza w obliczu domowej zarazy, to naprawdę koszmar! A w czwartek na dodatek miała przyjść położna. Zapowiedziała się jak zwykle - między 9 a 14. Podpytałam ją jednak o bardziej szczegółową porę wizyty, bo powiedziałam wprost, że chciałabym jednak mieć możliwość ruszyć się z domu. Powiedziała, że będzie to bliżej 14, niż 9. Nic więc dziwnego, że kiedy uporaliśmy się z higieną, śniadaniem i lekarstwami, olałam cały bałagan w domu (ogarnęłam tylko brudy po śniadaniu) i po prostu uciekliśmy z domu.

Mornings with two, especially in the face of a home plague, are truly a nightmare! And on Thursday, the midwife was supposed to come. She announced herself as usual - between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. However, I asked her about the more specific time of the visit, because I told her directly that I would like to be able to leave the house. She said it would be closer to 2 p.m. than 9 a.m. So it's no wonder that when we dealt with hygiene, breakfast and medicines, I ignored all the mess in the house (I only cleaned up the breakfast mess) and we simply ran away from home.

Jezu, jaka to była wspaniała ucieczka. Bałagan w domu po prostu mnie przygniatał, a Dzidzia nie pozwoliła na ogarnięcie. Bombel jest niesłychanie pomocny, ale tego dnia to by nie wystarczyło. A tu przed nami błękitne niebo, zieleń wokół, spokój i cisza - od razu odetchnęłam z ulgą.

Jesus, what a great escape it was. The mess in the house was simply overwhelming me, and Baby wouldn't let me deal with it. Bombel is incredibly helpful, but on this day it wouldn't be enough. And here in front of us is a blue sky, greenery around, peace and quiet - I immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

Poszliśmy pod szkołę, gdzie pojawiają się nowe instalacje, ale są też i te stare z nakrętek. Zabawa była wyborna.

We went to the school, where there are new installations, but there are also old ones made of screw caps. The fun was great.

Zaplanowałam powrót o 12, licząc na to, że w pół godziny ogarnę bałagan na tyle, żeby było przyzwoicie. Niestety, o 11.40 odebrałam telefon od położnej, która stała już pod naszymi drzwiami xD Pognaliśmy do domu, co zajęło nam 7 minut, więc ok, nie naczekała się nazbyt długo. Ale minę miała trochę zszokowaną, kiedy zobaczyła jak wygląda mieszkanie. No był bałagan i pełno klocków duplo wszędzie :D trzeba było ostrożnie stąpać stopami pomiędzy klockami. No ale mopsu chyba na nas nie naśle, nie?

I planned to return at 12, hoping that in half an hour I would clean up the mess enough to make it decent. Unfortunately, at 11.40 I received a call from the midwife who was already standing at our door xD We rushed home, which took us 7 minutes, so ok, she didn't wait too long. But she looked a little shocked when she saw what the apartment looked like. It was a mess and there were Duplo blocks everywhere :D you had to carefully step between the blocks with your feet.

Potem wyszliśmy jeszcze raz, kto bogatemu zabroni. No, poza porankami to fajne te nasze dni.

Then we went out again, who can forbid a rich man? Well, apart from the mornings, our days are nice.
