Hola a todos compañeros de #HIVE y miembros de SWC, sean bienvenidos a un nuevo post, soy Milano Alfinger @ashura-sw, en esta ocasión les traigo lo que ha sido mi progresión estos últimos meses con la straddle planch, he comenzado mi travesía con la plancha desde que mi compañero de entrenamiento llegó a Maracay @alvisorozco, no a sido nada fácil el entrenamiento pero hemos aguantado hasta ahora como debe de ser.
