Hola a todos mis queridos amigos, el post de hoy será sobre algunas fotografías de mis compañeros haciendo dinámicos en mi casa, a todos los gusta entrenar en la comodidad de la barra fija que tengo aquí en mi casa por la cantidad de colchones que hay y siempre es bueno para poder practicar algunos movimientos nuevos, mis compañeros estuvieron intentando algunos nuevos para poder dominarlos pero nunca esta demas hacer algunos dinámicos que ya se tienen dominados para despejar la mente y sentirme bien, para nosotros los calistenicos hacer dinámicos es vida y relajación, es algo muy especial que nos llena de adrenalina pura al momento de volar en la barra, por eso amamos este deporte y su complejidad.
