Hola a todos mis queridos amigos, el post de hoy será sobre algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de front lever, esta semana comencé con los entrenamientos un poco más fuertes para ver cómo voy avanzando, no ha sido fácil para nada pero sigo intentando recuperarme para volver a lo que era antes e incluso ser mejor.
