Chicken Feed | Creative Sunday

Hey beautiful peeps,

You may be wondering what this word means. Have you ever heard this word used as an idiom? CHICKEN FEED It means a minimal amount of money.

I am astonished at how people survive on a salary that seems very low for one family's survival I was talking to my senior today and he told me that he is doing the job as a teacher for 28k and he has a family of 5. And I feel sorry for him. Instead of my busy routine as always I took some time for the event of Creative Sunday.

Today I made a cute Chicken drawing because my brain wasn't getting out of this thing that how survive in such a minimum salary. As we all know drawing is one of the most effective way to change your thoughts into the peice of art. So today i made a chickken in different and best color combination.

Lets move towards the procedure.

I complete draw his face having eyes, beak and other structures found inside cephalic region.

Then i start creating ventral bodyparts of bird also made one branch of tree on which he sitting smoothly.

Now I am done making sketch of bird. Here is glimpse of the whole outline.

As always picking up my favorite vaulable loving ballpoint colors an start coloring inside by yellow color.

Then i color feathers into blue color and i love this color combination. i love how both of these colors combine and become cause of each other's attraction.

So, With final color touch i finalize the whole drawing in the end i color the branch of tree into brown and green color. Here is complete look of it.
