In the crypto world, crypto users have all kinds of facilities available to them, be it trading, investing, staking, saving or other activities. This market used to contain few features in the past but now if you see it has become very wide and this is all because thanks to the modern technology.

That is to say that now the crypto world has expanded, and there are many ways of earning. Which has made the work of users easier. In today's post I will talk about "Smart Re-Balancing Bot" which is very useful for every user who wants to invest long term and earn passive income at the same time.

This strategy is useful for those investors who don't have time to watch the market and want to get capital gains along with passive income. This strategy is only for investors who want to hold long term otherwise it is not useful for traders and short term investors.

Note that I have discussed in detail the "re-balancing bot" available at Binance in my past post which is similar to Smart Balancing. The working of both of them is same. So I don't want to talk about this bot in detail but I will talk about the changes among these two methods.

I personally prefer "Kucoin Smart Balancing" more and there are several reasons. One of the reasons is that you can start investing in Smart balancing with a minimum amount. Another reason why you can set the minimum trigger time to 30 minutes while Binance does not have this feature.

Also in Smart Balancing you can select 12 pairs at a time but #Binance has a maximum of 10 pairs. This is a basic change and other workings of both are the same.

Remember that in smart rebalancing your portfolio will depend on the investors which coins they select and in what proportion they invest. Smart re-balancing is like buying and selling coins and keep on balancing your portfolio according to the selected settings and you will continue to receive the profits.

This strategy is more useful in certain bull runs as the value of coins continues to rise. Also works in a bearish trend but the disadvantage is that the price goes down which decreases the value of your portfolio. Anyway, this method is a win-win strategy which gives you long term benefit and also a kind of regular passive income.
