Motivating and Rewarding my Next-Gen HIVE Promoters with a Delicious Lunch at 'DIL SE PIZZA' Restaurant
As I mentioned in my previous post about the recent continuing meeting with my friends about hiring some of them for work and bringing them into the HIVE ecosystem. I promised to take you all to a great restaurant called "DIL SE PIZZA" when the meeting was over. It serves several purposes, the first of which is to motivate them, and the second is to pique their interest.
TREATING MY TEAM TO FAST FOOD AND DELICIOUS PIZZA AFTER WORK MEETING
I made the choice to take them to the Hazara Town restaurant, one of the most well-known hotels in Quetta and a destination for fast food. I promised to drive them wherever they wanted to go and recently bought an ALTO Japanese car. They are too young, don't know much about vehicles, and don't have the money to drive.
These are my men, the next generation, who are working on the hive platform and promoting it further in society. Our second meetup concluded with fruitful conversations, agreement on tasks, and promotion of the platform. It's always been my habit to treat my guests to perfect delicious foods after a work meeting, so I take them to a well-known restaurant "DIL SE PIZZA"
This is a location that is far from my hometown and will take approximately 25 minutes to reach. They were also loving the idea of taking them to this hotel, and I thought they wanted a long drive to enjoy the day. The good fortune for us is that when we left home, a cloud covered the sky and it began to rain slowly, making the landscape even more beautiful.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we looked at the menu bar to see what foods they served. Because I knew this restaurant was known for its fast food, I decided to order a Beef Burger and a Chicken Chatni roll, which was enough to fill my stomach. To be honest, both dishes were good and spicy, and I like them both.
A DAY OUT WITH MY TEAM
My other man and I can now report that staff members ordered Chalaw Kabab, Burgers, Rolls, and cold drinks. The weather was rainy, and there were hot fast items to eat, so it was a really enjoyable day. Inside the hotel, beautiful places for customers to sit inside the hut were created. The hut was built in a cultural and traditional manner, and the floor was covered with artificial grass, as seen in the photo.
During this time, I decided to take photographs of the surroundings, the location, my fellow travellers, and the amazing dishes. You can see the colourful and wonderful delicious foods on our Dastarkhuwan that were ready for us to taste a variety of flavours. Also, the Chalao Kabab at this restaurant is well-known throughout the city, and I had the pleasure of tasting it.
We had a good time eating our lunch and then rested for half an hour inside the hut before heading back home. Because I had a tight schedule, I didn't want to waste any more time and asked them to prepare to return home. As we began the drive, the rain began again, and it continued until we arrived home.
This is my attempt to provide you with the best possible images of the food and my fellow workers. I hope you like the photography and the reading as much as I do. If you like the post, please leave feedback in the comments section so that the next one will be even better. Thank you for sticking with me until the end.
