Healing in Nature : A Memorable Hike with Friends

Among the natural blessings, mountains are one of the best places for those who suffer from anxiety and other disorders. Especially for those who are tired of working all week and are looking for a place to rest.

Despite my busy schedule. I always try to make time at least once a month to go to the mountains and hike, which is one of the best exercises for human health.

Before, I talked about Kothal Mountain, which is the closest mountain to my hometown. It took about one and a half hour to get there at this natural beauty from home.

This is one of the beautiful mountains with a natural setting, and the entire path is quite lovely, with many natural beauty.

People who live near the mountains frequently visit this area since it is both a stunning natural backdrop and a pleasant place to get away from the stresses of daily life.

It was fortunate for me to have time to meet with my center friends and plan a trip to Kothal Mountain. We first decided to travel to the mountain in the afternoon and eat lunch there because hiking in the winter has a different taste.

We thought about taking fish and roasting them over the flaming ashes, which gives another taste. However, due to the fact that some of my friends were busy at the time, we cancelled this program and instead created a break fast program.

We chose to go here in the morning, and as soon as we arrived, we began preparing breakfast, which was Omelet and Kocha, our cultural and traditional foods.

We were a group of 10 people who left the center for Kothal Mountain, arriving after one and a half hours.

The morning visit adds another layer of beauty as you watch the birds tweeting, the sun rising, and the sun's shading reflecting the mountains.

When I visit the mountains, I usually try to spend some time alone since sitting alone with nature is another blessing that truly relieves all of life's stresses.

When we arrived at Kotal Mountain, we were met with a breathtaking natural landscape that compelled me to capture photos and share them with you.

It took about a half hour for the meal to be ready, and we began eating it, which was really wonderful and even better when enjoyed outside.

We stay at Kothal Mountain for around two hours. Following that, we decided to leave this location and head home.


On my way back. I encouraged all of my friends that we should take some group images because it would be a memorable period in our lives. I took some images of this location while hiking and have shared them with you, and I hope you enjoy them.
