Flavorful Chicken Curry Recipe
There are many tasty foods to eat, but there are a few well-known favourites. As you are all aware, India and Pakistan are well-known for their curries, which are both spicy and delicious. Many foreigners visit Pakistan, and their video blogs can be found on Facebook and other social media platforms. Today I'm going to share one of Pakistan's most famous and delicious recipes. The name of the dish is Chicken Curry; it is prepared in many countries, but what distinguishes it in Pakistan is the addition of more spice. Chicken curry has a very good flavour, and I recommend that anyone who wants to try it stick to my ingredients and method of cooking.
This is one of my favourite foods, which I eat with more flavour and enjoyment. There are several ways to prepare this food, and I will describe how we prepare it. This recipe necessitates the use of a few ingredients, including
ONIONS, TOMATOES, GREEN CHILLI, RED CHILLI, SALT, OIL, CHICKEN, GARLIC, GINGER, CORIANDER.
These are the ingredients that must be used when cooking this dish and should be prepared accordingly.
For this recipe, we'll need 4 to 5 onions, cut into small pieces.
For the best flavour, use the same amount of onions as you do tomato.
We'll need about 5 to 6 green chilies, and we'll cut them from the middle to get more spice.
One spoon of Red Chilli is needed to make the Curry.
As a requirement, salt is required.
The amount of oil needed to fry a tomato and an onion.
We'll need about 2 to 3 KG of chicken, cut into 8 pieces.
The amount of Ginger and Garlic needed to bring out the
flavour.Coriander is a must-have ingredient for garnishing and has a pleasant flavour.
First, thoroughly wash the chicken and allow it to dry for about 15 minutes. Cut the tomato and onions into small pieces, then place the tomato slices in the grinder and grind them thoroughly. Fry the onions until they turn a light brown colour. On a separate plate, cut the ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside until ready to add to the curry. Clean the coriander thoroughly before using it as a garnish.
Fill a medium pot halfway with oil and fry it until the colour turns light brown. When the brown colour appears, transfer it to a new plate. Now, fry the grinned tomato and onions thoroughly before adding the fried chicken to the pot and thoroughly mixing it in. Now, add a generous amount of garlic and ginger to the curry to enhance the flavour. Add 5 to 6 green chilies and cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Add salt as needed, and then add the coriander for garnishing and tasting.
