It is our good fortune that we have mountains around us, which is the beauty of the area and at the same time gives the residents the opportunity to explore these mountains and enjoy hiking. If you look at the history of Quetta city, its other name is the city of mountains.

Specially from my area we have a very close mountain which is famous with the name Koh e Murdar. From the roof of my home these mountains looks very amazing and in every season they are beautiful. During the cloudy days these mountains looks beautiful.

The beauty of this place lies in its mountains that spread all around. There are four famous mountains here, which are in every corner of the city. Koh-e-Murdar, Koh-e-Chiltan, Koh-e-Zarghoon, and Koh-e-Maghrib. These four mountains elevate Quetta city and at the same time make this city even more beautiful.

🌄 This is the view from the top of the mountain and from there, we were able to see two excellent views. 🌟 In the first picture, you can see the city views in the background 🏙️, and in the second picture, you can see the 4 peaks in the background which is the last peak of the Koh e Murdar, which are very beautiful 🏔️.

Especially if you want to see the beauty of this city, you should visit these mountains in winter when they turn completely white and are covered in snow. In winter, there is a rush of people on these mountains, and the area is lively with tourists eager to experience this view.

My home is very close to Koh-e-Murdar, about a 20-minute ride on a bike and approximately 30 minutes by car. After a continuous 20-minute journey, we reach Daman-e-Koh, which is an excellent picnic spot and a natural area.

This area is also called Burma, from where water facilities go to some areas. This place is incredibly green, and you will find trees all around. Additionally, being close to the mountains makes this place even more beautiful.

🌄 These are the views of climbing and descending the mountain 🏞️. All the friends were busy talking and enjoying each other's company, while hiking 🥾, which looked absolutely fabulous ✨. These are the pictures 📸 from the mountain, where we reached the midway of the hike 🏔️.

Many families come here to relax and enjoy, and some even go camping. Especially in the evening for tea and dinner, people come from far and wide. During Ramadan, there is a special atmosphere during Iftar on weekends, which is a great joy.

These are all beautiful places that hikers pass through. We too have observed all these beauties closely, but we didn’t stay here as we had planned to go up the mountain.

🌄 As soon as we reach our destination, some friends are choosing a good spot to have breakfast 🍳🥪, and some friends are busy setting up camps ⛺️.

The first peak of Koh-e-Murdar is known as Kotal Mountain, then there is Anjeer Dara, Kaftar Dara, and continuing further, you reach the last peak of this area. This place is a different world for hikers, where they enjoy the views.

A few friends and I decided to explore Kotal Mountain and enjoy the peace of the mountains. We decided to come for breakfast in the morning and then return. Our main goal was to visit these beautiful places while also keeping our health in mind.

Hiking is great for a fit person and also provides an opportunity for enjoyment, which keeps the mind fresh. Therefore, it is recommended for everyone to enjoy hiking and benefit from its countless advantages.

🌄 There are some beautiful views on this path which I tried to capture 📸. In these pictures, the city views 🏙️, solar systems 🌞 that provide light for camping at night 🌙, and also the firing range 🎯 are shown.

So, we left from Fatimiya Centre at 6 in the morning and enjoyed all these places on the way. After about 1.5 hours, we reached Kotal Mountain, which was our destination. As soon as we arrived, we started preparing for breakfast, with special milk tea made on a coal stove, which has a very good taste.

Along with tea, we had Kocha, a Hazara dish, and an omelette, which is our traditional breakfast item. If these three things are not included in breakfast, then it isn’t considered a proper breakfast. After breakfast, everyone started enjoying this beautiful place. Some were taking pictures, and others began to interact with nature.

Some friends even set up their camps as they had plans for lunch here too. We tried to take some random pictures that turned out to be great. In the group photo, you can also see the city views, which look incredibly beautiful.

I tried to share some of the best pictures of this trip with you, and I hope you like them. After spending about 3 hours, we decided to head back home. This was a memorable trip and hike with friends that will always be cherished in our memories.

🐜 I was seeing that some ants were busy carrying food, and I thought to take its picture 📸 and share it. Surely, this picture holds a great lesson for humans: to always be hardworking 💪 and never fear any difficulties in life. 🌱
