COVID-19 certainly left its cultural mark on the earth, and it certainly made politics and facemasks get to know each other well. It was only a matter of time before a COVID COMICBOOK HERO WAS BORN, with a little pun on "Dragon Ball Z."
I must say I thought the USA would've been the first to bite on this theme, but DC and Marvel have passed on this one due to fears of public backlash. It may seem harmless, but this comic book pushes the limits of free speech and pokes fun at government hypocrisy.

The Philippines and Jollibee go hand-in-hand, and of course it makes sense that the CATHOLIC CHURCH AND GOVERNMENT AGREED TO TURN OVER ALL CHRISTMAS RESPONSIBILITIES TO JOLLIBEE FOR 2022.
Jollibee is definitely up to the challenge, and rumor has it they've already begun stockpiling spaghetti noodles, chicken, and flour, in a massive effort to guarantee every citizen fried chicken and spaghetti for Christmas this year. The Jollibee might just run for president in the next national elections if this goes well.

Have you ever wondered what kind of safety measures Cambodians take when frying fish? Well, hopefully the image explains it all, MOTORCYCLE HELMETS SAVE LIVES IN CAMBODIA, BUT NOT ON THE ROADS.
You are more likely to see someone frying fish in moto helmet than wearing one while riding, and the ASEAN Hive home cook in this post shows how this ancient Cambodian technique is pulled off using a little modern ingenuity.

It's funny when Asians cook by frying fish and wearing a helmet, but it is necessary and highly protective to avoid greasy face.

In Kota Kinabalu only one Jolibee franchise, I'm thinking should I go there to have Christmas meal next month !LOLZ .
As for the frying fish part, instead of using helmet, I'm using the aluminum wok cover as armor to avoid the hot oil sudden attack.
My pleasure, and yes I think Jollibee is taking over the world, they've certainly gone international, and if I remember correctly, there are now a few in the USA too. I think you're better off with the wok cover, I trust metal more than a thin piece of nylon visor 😉.

I don't know why, but this sight of frying fish while wearing a helmet is so common in Cambodia, I think because here the fish is rarely battered, and this causes the watery bits of fish to combine with the oil and create a perfect storm of splashback.
