Greetings Hivers, welcome to the Weekly ASEAN Hive "Hot Goss", where I @justinparke dig up false ASEAN Hive rumors and spread even more, but all in satirical fun and support of Southeast Asian content on Hive.

Β Β Β This week ASEAN Hive was hijacked by an unsatisfied group of canines hellbent on revenge. Some doggos refused to eat like the one in this post, because it apparently learned how to change channels with the tv remote.
Β Β Β After stumbling on an American channel, this furball watched a commercial for Purina dog chow, and now he refuses to eat anything until he gets some Purina of his own. This DOG BOYCOTT IN THAILAND may last longer than we imagined, word has it they saw a dog eating sushi on a Japanese station, and now they have also demanded sushi rolls too.

Β Β Β In Vietnam Nadi caught wind of the dog protest in Thailand, and she decided she wanted some more privileges too. We all know she has a very tough life with her fitness-crazed master, and that's why NADI IS REFUSING HER DAILY TREADMILL RUNS.
Β Β Β Luckily Nadi spends most of her days sleeping, so it's likely she won't be able to put up any kind of serious protest unless some other Vietnamese doggos join her in this struggle. She will be sad to learn that not many canines run on treadmills nor protest this form of exercise, so her struggle might might be a solo one.

Β Β Β Now we head over to the Philippines where a tiny four-legged furball has not only figured out how to steal money, but also use this money to go to Jollibee and help itself to some Jolly Spaghetti and Yum Burgers. Our ASEAN Hiver wasn't even angry that at this dog, she was actually surprised at the level of intelligence this must've taken.
Β Β Β Well Filipino Hivers, keep your eyes on the dogs this week, you too could end up a victim of this JOLLIBEE ADDICTED CANINE PICKPOCKETER. I wonder what the cats think of all these wild developments in the dog world π€....
Until Next Time ASEAN Hivers....
Β Β Β Don't forget that this curation is merely fictional satire, so don't take anything I write too seriously.

Ha ha ha..
The Weekly ASEAN Hive Hot Goss this time was won by "dog" (joking). Surely posts with the theme of cats will be jealous of this, therefore we have to ask @justinparke to be responsible for why this happened lol π
Btw, congratulations to friends whose posts were chosen as winners π
Meow! Perhaps there will be a feline takeover one day, haha.

The dogs here are so cute. I do keep a pet dog myself. The owner is actually by daughter but now that I am retired, help to take care of it.
I grew up with two dogs that were my responsibility, and one of them was around 25 years old when I was in Cambodia on short holiday. My other dog was 18+ years old, and they both died while I was away on vacation, sad losses, but I guess they couldn't handle being without me because of all the years I spent taking care of them by myself. With nothing to return to in the USA, that was the first reason I stayed longer in Cambodia. I now wish to have another dog, but we can't afford to travel to the USA with it if we one day go to the USA, and don't believe in finding a new owner because I feel a dog is a lifelong commitment.
I don't know if I've ever seen your family dog, have you ever shared any pics in a post?
