Yoga is typically seen as a meditative and personal journey that people pursue, although yoga with teachers in gym style settings is now common in some parts of the world. After noticing that several VIP Lounge members were getting very competitive with their yoga routines, I decided to go ahead and make it official. Now we have yoga marathons, yoga boxing, yoga-jitsu, and even the slightly dangerous underwater yoga.

If this trend continues yoga will eventually become an extreme sport very distant from it's Hindu origins, If Red Bull joins as a sponsor you can expect to see it on a television set or whatever has now replaced TVs. ^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} Anyone who reads my stuff knows that I hold a few things as being very important to me. Well, perhaps just 2 things: bowling and my dog. The statement gets overused about being a dog-parent and what not but honestly, my life basically revolves around keeping her happy and healthy. I don't go on vacations or even leave the house for very long because I know that she gets sad when she is alone.

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} This time I decided to document my arrival at one of the smaller temples that we monitor called "Wat Krabi Noi" which I think simply means Krabi smaller temple. That might be the colloquial name because temples don't normally resort to such simplistic names. No matter, it is a significantly smaller temple than the other one in Krabi whose stray population we monitor and it has taken some time for the animals to get to know us since we have only recently started to really focus on it.

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} Today is a holiday on Saturday when the children meet together. Once on the weekend we take the kids to meet up. It is also considered to be a rest. I made an appointment with my sister-in-law to take the children to meet each other. So this morning we arranged to meet at a restaurant. In addition to the children, there is also the mother-in-law and relatives on the sister's side. Children get to meet each other and fun and entertainment ensues. While waiting for the food, they talked loudly.

And I am descendant from Chinese family but i think from my grandparents the chinese culture seems mixing with Indonesian culture.

The Husband got Injured; So I went to get Grass for the Goats

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} About two years ago, My husband got injured while doing his job. He was too wreckless at that time never minding what might going to happen next and worked with his grinders, cutting metals to dispose as scrap on the junk yard. He hurt his right pointer finger near his nail, and scratched his stomach by a broken cutter blade he used in his grinder. I honestly warned her about the dangers lurking in the corners but he never listen till it happened.
