     It's that time again to give some ASEAN Hive posts a second look and a second chance at a little more rewards. I've got something to eat, somewhere to go, something to make you feel good, and a little nature to share with you all. The Peking chicken was very interesting, because I like fusion food, and I like seeing the Indonesian take on Chinese cuisine.

     Off to Cambodia where car crashes are a common site, but luckily our ASEAN Hive reached her waterfall destination unscathed. Then we head to a rural village where some school children learned a lesson in supply and demand by understanding how money transactions work with some mock-up veggie sellers. Last but not least are some flowers and fungi from beautiful Aceh, Indonesia, and that concludes this curation. Peking Chicken with Shrimp Paste

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} Many food vendors make various types of chicken. I want to make Peking chicken cooked with very simple spices and mixed with stir-fried broccoli. This food contains a lot of vitamins that come from broccoli vegetables. In my place this broccoli can be said to be quite expensive from other types of vegetables because broccoli is very much vitamin A. When buying chicken to make Peking chicken you must buy a young chicken. Because young chicken meat is still tender and soft.

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} This past Sunday was a day when I was busy with a lot of work, making my body feel very tired, so it was time for me to take a break to relieve my fatigue and feel good. I decided to ask the tour company I used to travel with and I decided to go with them this Sunday. The tour company made an appointment for us at 3 am to meet up and go together and left the city quickly without congestion. For this reason, traveling along the streets, I always see everyone quiet, as if there is no loud at all as usual.

Today I attended The "Bal Anand Melava" Program in My Village School

The reason behind that is that the uncle who lives next door to my village last night is also a teacher in our village school. I have also made a blog on those who came to our house in Pune last. And the reason behind the same uncle's call that I received yesterday was that he told me that today a program was organized for the children who are in the village school.

This flower, which has the Latin name Cosmos Caudatus, comes from Mexico, Latin America and Central America, but the unique thing is that this yellow flower is blooming and blooming in front of my house in Aceh, Indonesia.
