Our community HBD Savings Account has reached $3,000.00 HBD, and since then I have been using all excess HBD earned to buy HIVE and power up the @asean.hive curation account. HIVE's recent value drop has shrunken voting power, so I am now focused on reaching 20,000 native HP for our curation account. Unfortunately the HBD Savings interest rate has been dropped from 20% APR to 15% APR, so this month's interest earnings are less than last month's despite our increased savings.

My in-law construction crew will return within the next month, and with the help of you all, I'll decide what kind of ASEAN Hive Community project we can do with the HBD Savings earnings. My wife and I are planning to build rooms to live in on top of our partially finished lodge, so we will eventually move out of our current house. Once it's empty I'd like to convert our house into a dorm room, and by my calculations our home could host 15 to 30 single beds depending on the design style.

$3,000 HBD won't be nearly enough to complete a project of this scale, not even enough to buy all the mattresses and bedding, but combined with my family's savings it would be enough to finish. Perhaps a bed or two could be tokenized on Hive-Engine and tokens used to pay for stays in the dorm room, with tokens dispensed monthly to delegators. I like this idea because most of you won't be able to visit Cambodia, but you could certainly put your tokens up for sale to someone that is coming.
