     By this time next week the @asean.hive curation account will have accumulated 10,000 collective HP, a major achievement. We picked up a new delegation, 25 HP from @aideleijoie, and a small increase from @chuch, who brough her delegation up to 10 HP. No amount is too small to be valued by this community, after all, we're 100% grassroots, and I am continually impressed by how far we've come without having a whale account to support us directly.

     This certainly isn't the community to post in if you're looking for the biggest potential post payout, but we do rank consistently in the top 25 rewarded Hive communities, and I'm pretty proud of that. The ASEAN Hive Community is most importantly a community first, and I do what I can to foster and reward engagement as much as possible. I still like to tell myself ASEAN Hive is the friendliest place on this blockchain, and I honestly believe that.

     I recently uncovered several alt accounts that were abusing the posting rewards of our little Hive space, and since I have muted these accounts I have also lost some small delegations, but I believe this was a necessary choice for the betterment of the community. The alt accounts weren't engaging genuinely, not responding to comments, and ultimately not interested in contributing to maintaining community value, so the choice was an easy one. Okay, ramble finished, now let's look at who won what this week.....

How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works

     Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] @justinparke, @srey-yuu, @sakana & @sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.

     There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.

     This week's total effective HP is 113,468, and total delegated HP is 104,824 HP (68,749 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
