Newbie Wrong Direction

Hello guys, I am Arveno and want to share my weekly Journey as a new Mayor in Dcity game. I dont know this game much and interested to play because my friend @ramadhanight play it and sharing it. Thats why i kinda interested with this game since i often visiting in Hive chain.

Okay after watching my friends played this game, he said this game is kinda strategy game and like playing card games that just need to buy and balancing the all aspect in this game. And thats it. Of course i still dont understand with this game until right now. And i still dont know if what i am to do and bought is right or not. And that the fun of the game right when need to be learned and tried until reaching the maximum profit.
My target is getting profit not much just 1k SIM token/day. I think it will be good for me. At least i know that my city is growing not stuck or lose.

In this stats my account income is -21 SIM. I dont know whats wrong but maybe i wrongly bought cards for the first time. I dont realize that will make me deficit. Yeah newbie wrong direction. But, i think it is okay. I just need to inject and buying more SIM when i have excess money from Hive chain. My population is 40, my Popularity is -115. My city values is 48,614 when bid and i have 17 Eco Activist cards, 17 Economist cards, 2 Luxury House cards, 50 Wind Turbine cards (and this is my fault), 1 young citizen card.

Here my mapping of my city. I think i need to fix it slowly. I am hoping that in the next week i can fix the problem and getting my goals.

And for leaderboards, since i am really new in this game. So, i wont thinking about entering the leaderboards. My target right now is how to fix my status first and having some good income in my dashboard.
I think what makes my fault is i am thinking to provide jobs first and i am thinking that when people get jobs it will generate some money. And wind turbine is cheap so i bought too many of this cards. My target maybe i will spending another 3-5k SIM to buying Eco Activist and Economist in order getting income too. I dont know if this strategy will make it work or not. If you guys having idea please drop in comment and help me.
