what's up Splinter Player around the world how are you doing? I want to share my battle using my own account . And since playing my own account so that mean the battle is in Silver Modern Format League.In this battle i want to share That Gardoya Devil the underated reward card from the past can beating duo angel in Life element that is Uraeus and Adelade Brightwing. It is supposed that these 2 angels is best couple when comes in Earthquake ruleset because both of them is having Flying ability. But, this time i am cracking the meta and using Gargoya Devil instead. Yeah, i am more devilish than angelish.LOL. Nope that just kidding, but yeah i am using Martyr ability to boost up my Gargoya Devil. Since in Silver League the Legendary monster is not having full ability yet. So, it still can beating up by just common and rare card.

Okay since you guys know that the ruleset is Broken Arrows lets knowing this ruleset a little bit deeper.This ruleset description is

All non-flying units take 2 physical damage at the end of every turn.Snared units are considered non-flying. Since the damage given is physical, it can be reduced to 1 if the unit has the shield ability.

Okay usually many players will using Flying ability instead a snare monster ability. Because it will still losing the health each turn if using snare ability monster since as far as i remember there is no flying monster that having snare ability. So thats why still utilize the flying ability is have more benefit in this ruleset because it will not get any damage and have 25% chance to dodge attack from non flying units if the RNG is really works. But sometimes the RNG is not working at all. Because i am often experiencing that having 5 or 6 speed different with additional flying still can get attack often from opponent. Weird but facts. So yeah you need arrange the flying ability monster in this battle to make sure that the monster still can battle to the end and not die horribly by the Earthquake ruleset.

Strategy Phase

As you can see in the picture above this battle have 2 ruleset only, the first ruleset is Odds Ones Out that means both players just only using odds mana monster in this battle. The second ruleset is Earthquake that means every turn non flying ability monster will having 2 damage and damaging armor first before health. The manacap in this battle is just 27 mana which is very low and it is common manacap in silver league and it is enough i think. The element that cannot be used in this battle is Fire element and Death element. And now, i am renting all element due the brawl and need to adding win rate on order getting more rewards. Even though the cost is higher than usual.
So this time i am using just 3 flying ability monster and the rest filler are using new ability that is martyr. Martyr ability can gives buff to adjacent units that can be a game changer in many battle nowdays. So lets check out my strategy this time in the table below

	Summoner	-1 Health Void Shatter ability	I am using this summoner because preventing opponnent magic attack type to my monster units, Becaus ei think the potential opponent using Regal Peryton in Silver league is very high and using Immortalis is gives benefit to handle Magic type monster. Not only that this summoner also giving the shattered ability that can break opponent tanker armor, so if the opponent tanker is not flying ability monster it will break any armor they have.
	Frontline Tanker		Vampire Bat is having pretty good attack as filler tanker in this battle and since this monster having flying ability it will be having 20% chance to dodge opponent non flying melee and range attack type units. But this monster is weak from magic attack but using Immortalis as summoner can gives void ability to this monster units so it will reducing opponent magic type attack to this monster also. Hopefully this monster can buy some time until my martyr monster die and gives buff to my main attacker.
	Second Tanker & Attacker		Regal Peryton is my second tanker in this strategy but also the attacker too. This monster having 2 magic damage that can be very usefull attacking directly to opponent health.Also this monster having high speed so if opponent using flying type monster but not magic type attack it will gives chance to missing attacking this monster due the speed different. But back again i am not RNG lover because the RNG is very sucks for me.
	Buff Filler		I am bringing Fungus Flinger to utilize the martyr effect to my Adjacent units in this battle i am planning to buffing my Regal Peryton and Gargoya Devil and it will happens in just 2 turn because this monster having total 4 health.
	Main Attacker		My Main attacker in my Strategy in this battle is Gargoya Devil because this monster having flying ability and having great range attack and also can attack even placing in front due the Close Range ability. I am using Gargoya Devil as main attacker because if opponent using Immortalis that having void ability it will wasting magic attack that getting buffed. Thats why i am using Range monster instead. Many player will thinking that using magic attack type with flying ability will having more advantages thats why i am using range instead the magic attack type.
	Buff Filler		I am using Venari Marksrat flanking my Gargoya Devil to make my Gargoya Devil get 2 buffed status from Venari Marksrat and Fungus Flinger. That will make my Gargoya Devil more stronger and hard to beat. Especially when opponent using magic attack type monster. And Venari Marksrat duty is just need to die to make my Gargoya Devil Stonger.

So this is my strategy in this Earthquake ruleset battle. It seems different than usual meta that using Regal Peryton as carry or using Uraeus that having high Health and can heal. This time i am just using Gargoya Devil the underated reward card. So lets see how the battle goes this time. Can my strategy beat opponent line up or not

Battlephase

Okay this time i am encountered with player that using General Sloan as summoner with Life element. I can guess that opponent will be bringing Uriel in this battle since Uriel is having high health and can healing to himself. But lets see the buff Gargoya Devil can defeated opponent Uraeus or not this time.

Round 1

As usual in round 1 Both parties got buff and debuff from both players and summoners. In this battle my team got Void and Shatter ability from my Summoner Immortalis. In opponent team got 1 range attack buff from opponent summoner General Sloan and 1 health debuff from my Immortalis ability. Then the battle is started after buff and debuff event. The first attack is of course my Regal Peryton attacking first because the fastest one in this battle board is my Regal Peryton. After hit opponent Uriel health it shattered the armor with shatter ability that given by my summoner Immortalis.Then my Vampire bat attacking Uriel and hit too. That makes opponent Uriel have 6 Health remain. Then following by my Gargoya Devil attacking Uriel and hit too that leaving just 3 health remain. Looking by my Main attacker directly hit opponent Uriel i think i can win this battle. Then opponent Uriel healing himself and charging the attack. Then followed by opponent Adelade Brightwing repair Uriel Armor and attacking my Vampire Bat and inflict 1 health only. Then my Venari Marksrat missing attacking Uriel and opponent Venari Marksrat hit my Vampire Bat and inflict 2 health. Then my Fungus Flinger hit attacking Urieal and once again it shattered the Uriel armor.

Round 2

In round 2 before the battle started the Earthquake effect due the ruleset is active and attacking all Non Flying units monster. And this time Opponent Venari Marksrat, My Venari Marksrat and Fungus Flinger got inflicted by Earthquake damage. And still the first attacker goes to my Regal Peryton that attacking Uriel and following by my Vampire Bat attacking Uriel too and still cannot defeated opponent Uriel and leaving just 2 health. And then my Gargoya Devil finally defeated opponent Uriel in this round with 3 range attack. And then Adelade Brightwing resurrect ability active and Uriel came back alive. Then opponent Adelade Brightwing defeated my Vampire Bat. Then my Venari Marksrat hit Uriel and shattered all the armor. And then opponent Venari marksrat missing attacking my Regal Peryton and my Fungus Flinger missing attack Uriel.

Round 3

In round 3 still in early round the Earthquake ruleset makes damage to non Flying ability units monster. And this time opponent Venari Marksrat fainted due the Earthquake and my Fungus Flinger and Venari Marksrat also fainted due the Earthquake damage. And in opponent side Uriel and Adelade Brightwing got buffed by opponent Venari Marksrat martyr ability. And in my side Regal Peryton got one buff from Fungus Flinger martyr ability and my Gargoya Devil got 2 buffed by the martyr effect from Fungus Flinger and Venari Marksrat.After that still my Regal Peryton attack first and defeated opponent Uriel. And then my Gargoya Devil finished opponent Adelade brightwing with Deathblow ability that can double the attack if opponent just leaving the last units monster in opponent line up. It makes my team win this battle.

It turns out that my unusual meta strategy works this time. For your information,this strategy is not really my meta. I have watched once when encountered with EDD army( i dont really know this is human or bot player) but their strategy is very unique and many strategy i am copying from them when encountered them and almost all the battle i am lose. And yeah the strategy is pretty good in this ruleset.

Conclution

I am using this meta stretagy after i am encountered with EDD player in silver. I dont know that they are bot with helper or cheater or human player that have robotic brain that can calculate the possible and create new meta strategy. Once when meet the Earthquake Ruleset, usually many player will using Regal Peryton to be a main attacker combined with Obsidian or Immortalis. But, it turns out that EDD using Gargoya Devil instead the Regal Peryton. Thats why i am copy that meta and writing down the meta to make me still remember the meta. And in that time Life element is disabled. I think when Life element still can be used. Using Life element combined with new Rebellion card is very overpowered in this ruleset. So maybe in no time this meta streategy is not working anymore especially when encountered with player that using Rebellion promo card or legendary cards.
