Is Your Mutual Fund Failing You?
If you have seen the past couple of Months it has been tough on the Stock Market and almost all Stocks are in RED. So it shouldn't come as a surprise that your Mutual Funds are not performing very well either. Personally the Mutual Funds I am invested in were at one point giving me just over 20 percent of Returns on my entire Invested Amount but in the last two months I saw my profits go into NEGATIVE and that was a real Hard Pill to Swallow, but I knew that it's a Bear Phase so I am Holding Strong.
But if you are among the people who are wondering why their Mutual Fund Investments are not doing Good you should know that if you have invested in a Good Mutual Fund then you have no need to be worried as the entire Market is in a downtrend so a little Negative movement is quite ok as of now.
At the same time this is also a good opportunity to Switch Mutual Funds if you have invested in a not so good Fund as currently NAVs are quite low so you can cut your losses and make good profit on the next Uptrend.
As for Me I am Sticking to my Choices.

I'm glad you are sticking to your investment and that you are holding up fine.
I haven't made any investments yet but I'm planning to but I'm still learning how the whole thing works.
Learning before Earning that's a fine principle to follow man. This way you lower the risk of potential losses

Oops i am on the App so I missed the profile pic. My bad.
I understand 😄😄.
Yes the entire market is down and it is the accumulation phase as the NAV would be less and will get more units.

I wish I had more liquid Money right now as it's a Golden Opportunity to Invest.
Yeah we wish too, but again we should continue investing to get good returns in the future.

Compounding only takes place when you invest for the long term.

I have been investing for like 8 years and my goals are for 10 years so yeah compounding is taking place for me.
