Encounters with force personnel

Hello ladies and gentlemen of hive. It is a pleasure of mine to be here again. This is my entry for this week and edition contest with the title "against the force" just to share an experience one had with any force like, soldiers and all.

I am a very easy going person and I never pray or wish to have an uncomfortable encounter with them. Well, it is not by being easy going tho, just pray not to have issues with them, because if one does, it is not going to be a child's play nor a beautiful experience.

I travel alot, like from state to state and in my country, we usually have some of these forces on the road to ensure safety.

I have heard different people's stories of their encounter with the force, especially soldiers.

At soldiers check point, it is known by almost everyone in the country that you can not pick phone calls or throw anything out of the vehicle's window. Whenever I am in the bus and we are approaching soldiers check point, I will tell anyone trying to receive phone calls or make phone calls to hold on till we pass the check point, because they can not be predicted.

If caught, they can pack all of us and punish us all or just single out the person and release the rest of us but we cannot be so sure. Just to avoid any stories that touch, I simply tell.

I was of told of a story of a guy who was lucky I would say. It was even inter town journey in a tricycle. There is a spot along that route that has a soldier check point. He got carried away with his conversation on the phone call. Everyone else in the tricycle did not alert or warn him.

That was how he was spotted by this soldier. He told the driver to pack first. Without listening to anyone, he told them all to get down and start to do frog jump as warm up.

The person that tolde this story is a familiar person, she said she started crying like a child, saying where would she start from. Like the man was ready to punish them all. I was like can't he just punish the offender.

That was how they all copied this lady and started crying and begging the soldier man.

God touched his heart and he decided to listen to their pleas and eventually, released them. He told them that if not for God, they would all have slept at that spot moving from punishment to punishment.

Like I said earlier, they got lucky.

Another one happened with a close friend of mine. He got on the road with expired driver's license with the hope he would not encounter Road safety officers on the road.

Well, too bad, he did. Has he sighted them, he was quite worried, still wishing he wouldn't be stopped. That was how he was waved to stop. He slowed down with the aim to stop, he saw that they were distracted, he just got on the road again, speeding off in his car 😂.

He thought he has escaped, not so far away, he got sucked in a traffic. The officers also realized he would not have gone far, that was how they also got on the road.

Long story short, he was caught and taken to their office. The rest is history guys.
